WEDNESDAY 21ST OCTOBER β° 4:30PMβ6:30PM β INTERMEDIATE LEVEL & ABOVE An intensive session created specifically for our intermediate, pre-advanced and advanced acro students who are ready to push their skills further. π₯ TRICKS & SKILL DEVELOPMENT π€ΈββοΈ BELT WORK β‘ STRENGTH & CONDITIONING π₯ POWER & CONTROL β TECHNIQUE & PROGRESSIONS π NEW & ADVANCED SKILLS This is not a beginner workshop - itβs two focused hours of high-level acro training, designed to challenge our more experienced students, refine existing tricks and work towards bigger, stronger and more advanced skills.
